Required skills :

  • Minimum of two years experience in the restaurant industry;

  • Be cheerful, positive and have a customer-oriented mindset;

  • Be responsible, proactive, punctual and a hard-worker;

  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English;

  • Knowledge of cocktails.

Restaurant Manager

Un groupe de restauration montréalais est à la recherche un gérant expérimenté pour ses opérations situées au centre-ville. Les fonctions du poste consistent de la gestion du personnel de service, la planification, les rapports quotidiens, la gestion des stocks, l'exploitation des systèmes de point de vente, la gestion des événements, et l'entretien des installations. Les taches supplémentaires seront notamment de contribuer à la promotion des ventes du groupe, l'élaboration d'initiatives visant à accroître les ventes au détail et la coordination des tâches de service à la clientèle et de la cuisine.

 

Compétences requises. Expérience en gestion de service à la clientèle - 3 ans et plus. L'éducation formelle ou une formation professionnelle sera avantageuse. Expérience culinaire est souhaitable. Compétences visés: Linguistiques - français / anglais écrit et oral; Communications – articulées, professionnelles et matures; Gestion - fortes habiletés de planification, d'organisation et de gestion du temps, et adepte en relations interpersonnelles, bonne connaissance de base en informatique et systèmes POS. Caractéristiques personnelles - personnalité mûre et contrôlée, aptitudes de jugement et de prise de décision solides, capable de fonctionner efficacement dans des situations stressantes ou exigeantes, forte éthique de travail, grande disponibilité.

Security Supervisor

A major real estate owner and developer is seeking an experienced individual for the position of Supervisor, Customer Service and Building Security Department. Duties will include, staff scheduling, training and supervision, building policy and procedure implementation, building operations daily and periodic reports, customer service initiatives coordination, and tenant and other stakeholder relationship management. Additional duties will include event coordination, security and surveillance systems audits, and service supplier follow-up.

Skill sets required. Customer service and commercial building security industry experience - 3 years plus. Formal education or training in commercial building operations and retail customer service fields. Computer literacy: proficiency in multiple platforms including MS Excel, MS Word and email service programs. Language: French/English written & oral; Communication: articulate & professional; Management: effective customer service management capabilities; strong organizational and time management proficiencies, good interpersonal skills, and a flexible schedule. This position requires an individual with a mature and controlled personality and a strong work ethic, capable of functioning effectively in stressful or demanding situations.
